The WCF Insurance board of directors has named Matt Lyon president of the Utah-based firm.
Lyon will retain his position as chief operating officer in addition to his new role as president. Ray Pickup will remain chief executive officer.
Lyon has been with WCF Insurance since 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has worked for several other large insurance carriers, including Farmers Insurance, The Hartford and Nationwide.
WCF is a non-profit, mutually owned insurance company providing workers’ compensation.
