Inszone Insurance Services acquired Yuma Foothills Insurance in Yuma, Ariz.
Yuma Foothills Insurance has provided insurance services to both businesses and residents of Yuma and surrounding areas for more than 25 years. Following the transition, Yuma Foothills Insurance employees will continue operating out of their current location and serving clients under Inszone Insurance. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Yuma Foothills Insurance is a provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance.
Sacramento, Calif.-based Inszone is an insurance brokerage firm that provides property/casualty and employee benefits solutions. The firm has 20 locations across California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and Missouri.
