Hub International Ltd. acquired the assets of Verity Insurance Services Inc. and Bellehaven Management Inc.

Verity Insurance also specializes in the consumer electronics and manufacturing industries. Herman Auyang and Helen Chang, co-owners, and the Verity Insurance team will join Hub California.
