Lehi, Utah-based PCF Insurance Services named Colleen O’Hara vice president of marketing and communications, Charles Banyai vice president of regional operations and Lori Marino vice president and regional growth leader.
O’Hara will oversee the development, integration, and implementation of a range of marketing, internal communications, agency partner and public relations activities. She was previously executive vice president for Acrisure.
Banyai’s focus will be on operational initiatives including integration support, succession planning, performance optimization and financial stabilization. He has more than 14 years of experience in insurance, specializing in agency operations and financial strategy intersections.
He previously lead more than 250 employees at Acrisure to provide accounting services for the firm’s agency partners.
Marino will oversee organic growth and revenue generation across the collective agency partner network. She has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial space, holding several executive positions at global insurance carriers and start-up ventures.
PCF is a consultant and insurance brokerage firm offering an array of commercial, life and health, employee benefits and workers’ compensation solutions.
