San Francisco, California-based M.J. Hall & Co. is introducing directors and officers liability, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability insurance coverages for cannabis business owners.
The coverages, which began on Feb. 1, are in partnership with an A.M. Best rated A VII insurer. The product provides coverage tailored to the needs of business management within the cannabis industry.
Details of the policy offered include:
- Admitted insurance policy where available
- Primary and/or excess coverage available
- Limits up to $5 million for qualifying risks
- Prior unknown acts coverage available
- Broad definition of cannabis
M.J. Hall is a wholesaler that represents more than 75 insurance carriers.
