Both are located in the Inland Empire office in California.
Honaker has more than 25 years of insurance sales and protection experience. Prior to joining Liberty, he was vice president at Brown & Brown and senior vice president at Hogan Insurance Services.
Prior to Liberty, Fraser worked for Brown & Brown and Andreini & Co.
