Scottish American Acquires Hawkeye Wholesale in Washington

Scottish American acquired Hawkeye Wholesale Insurance Services Inc. in Liberty Lake, Washington.

Hawkeye was founded in 2012. It has capabilities of underwriting in California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas and Washington.

Scottish American was founded in 2009 and grew out of an investment fund focused on acquiring and managing insurance distribution businesses.
