Crest Insurance Group promoted Tom Connell to agency president.
Connell, based in Scottsdale, Ariz., joined the agency in 2012. He previously served as the agency’s senior vice president. He will also continue his role as a broker.
Former president JB Shockey will remain a senior broker and advisor at the agency.
Crest is headquartered in Tuscon, Ariz.,
