McFarland Retires as WCF SVP and CHRO; Christensen Appointed CHRO
Kris McFarland retired as senior vice president and chief human resource officer of WCF Insurance, headquartered in Sandy, Utah. WCF appointed Jill Christensen to the role.
McFarland joined WCF in 2011, bringing with him over 30 years in human resources in education, construction, insurance and tech.
Christensen joined the WCF team since 2002, starting in the claims department before transitioning to human resources in 2013. She has an extensive background in talent development, recruiting, benefits and compensation.
