Francis, based in Alpine, California, entered the insurance industry eight years ago. She most recently served as a renewal garage underwriter with Risk Placement Services Inc. and previously worked as a senior customer service representative with Specialty Brokerage Services.
USG is headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
