
LP Insurance named Heather Thompson as its first chief financial officer.
Thompson joined LP in 2018 as a financial analyst and was promoted to controller, overseeing all of LP’s accounting and finance operations in 2022. As CFO, she leads LP’s financial operations, including oversight of complex financial transactions, forecasting, and continued improvements in financial efficiency and processes.
Thompson is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience, including 15 years in the insurance industry. Before joining LP in 2018, she was a senior associate at Eide Bailly CPAs/Business Advisors.
LP is headquartered in Reno, Nevada.
