Eckard will lead the strategic direction of employee benefit operations, enhance client experience and increase growth. Eckard will reside in the Phoenix, Arizona, market, and she will lead employee benefits operations on a national level.
Eckard has nearly two decades of expertise in insurance, risk management, and employee benefits, having held various roles with Willis Towers Watson.
The MJ Companies is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.
