Dale L. Hart has joined Synaxis Group, assigned with the responsibility of assembling a suite of resources for small business and providing an efficient delivery system. This new “platform” will provide a range of financial products and services for an important, but underserved market.
“Often small businesses do not have the leverage they need to get the benefits, risk management support and cost-effective banking services that larger entities negotiate,” according to Hart. “Working with best-in-class providers, our task is to deliver a unique, totally integrated set of solutions.”
With 21 years experience at CNA Commercial Insurance, where he was involved with developing their small business strategy, Hart joins Synaxis Group with the mandate to support the unmet financial needs of small business. “All our focus group feedback has been positive,” he says, “especially for affordable benefits, and when this is launched it will fill a real need.”
Hart was Branch President of CNA Commercial Insurance, Milwaukee. With Synaxis, he is Vice President of Small Business Strategies, located at Employers Risk Services in Franklin, TN. ERS is a subsidiary of Synaxis Group, a top ten bank owned insurance broker, and affiliate of First Tennessee National Corporation.
