Allen Beggs, President and Co-Founder of QualCorp, Inc. announced that Cal-Regent Insurance Services of San Diego, CA will be licensing the enterprise version FormsPlus for their office.
The Task
Cal-Regent Insurance Services will use FormsPlus Enterprise to issue commercial auto, garage and property insurance policies in two states. QualCorp, Inc. will have their popular FormsPlus policy issuance & management system feed rating data from their rating partner – NetRate Rating Systems. “Once the entire system is in place, the amount of time it takes to rate, issue and bill policies will be dramatically reduced.” comments Allen Beggs.
The Solution
Cal-Regent Insurance Services will enter their initial rating information into NetRate Rating Systems. Upon clearance and acceptance by the underwriters at Cal-Regent Insurance Services., the integration between NetRate and QualCorp, Inc. will automatically open up FormsPlus policy issuance software and populate it with the rating information. With all of the rating information flowing into QualCorp, Inc.’s FormsPlus policy issuance system the policy is created and automatically e-mailedt to the retail agent for the insured’s approval.
