Los Angeles, Ca. – ISU Insurance Services-The Roger Stone Agency, acquired the assets of HMS Services Insurance Agency, Inc. The sale was finalized on September 30, 2008. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ISU-Roger Stone Agency, is a large Personal and Commercial Agency, based in Newport Beach. President and founder, Roger Stone, said “Jayne Wood’s knowledge and experience in the environmental field, will enhance our offerings and make us a more capable provider of environmental products now and into the future.”
