Belgrave Insurance Agency and The Hoffman Group announce the merger of two long- standing independent insurance agencies, for all lines of business. This union, which will be completed in June 2010, will help better serve existing customers and new clients.
Belgrave Insurance Agency has served individuals and closely held businesses in the Northern Ohio area since 1956, and they have been known for their strong relationships with their clients. Previously located on Engle Road in Middleburg Heights, they have now relocated to The Hoffman Group offices. Jeff Phillips, a senior vice president at The Hoffman Group remarks, “We are looking forward to working with the Belgrave Insurance Agency clients. We believe we can bring them value by offering additional carriers and coverages from which to choose.”
The Hoffman Group was established in 1919, and the agency’s growth has included additions of several well known insurance agencies, making The Hoffman Group, one of the largest agencies in Western Cuyahoga, Lorain and Medina Counties.
The Hoffman Group currently has three offices to meet the needs of their clients – Berea, Medina, and Elyria. The agency’s client base includes commercial, industrial and professional clients, as well as individuals. The agency is well regarded by the insurance companies they represent, both regional and national in scope.
