San Diego, Calif. (Aug. 26, 2014) – Atlas General Insurance Services, LLC, a national multi-line program manager, is pleased to announce a new west coast habitational program. The program is open to commercial apartment buildings, garden apartments, condominiums, cooperative apartments and offered exclusively through Atlas. Coverage is available on a monoline property or package basis. The program is offered on a non-admitted basis and is available in California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. Total insured values up to $25,000,000 are available through the program with deductibles starting at $2,500. The perils of earthquake and flood are not offered under this program.
The program is backed by an “A+” A.M. Best rated carrier. The program will be managed and underwritten by Jill Bay-Weber, senior vice president of Atlas’ Commercial Division.
