Can’t Get No …

—Jeremy Bowler, senior director of the insurance practice at J.D. Power and Associates, which released its 2012 U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction Study – Wave 2 showing overall customer satisfaction for auto claims has dropped the lowest level in three quarters.

Rebuilding and Rebounding

Buried in Hail

—Maribel Martinez with the Amarillo/Potter/Randall (Texas) Office of Emergency Management describes the scene after an April 12 storm dumped an inordinate amount of hail on parts of the Texas Panhandle, trapping motorists in drifts that were waist-to-shoulder high. The storm left so much hail in its wake that workers had to use snow plows to clear the piles from the road.
