Great article. Every business should provide wellness initiatives and comprehensive health plans to improve the health and well-being of their employees. Many of these employee health benefits also have a great return-on-investment. For example, every inactive employee costs $1,500 extra a year on healthcare costs, and so providing in-house gyms, walking trails and subsidized gym memberships can go a long way toward reducing this figure.
