As long as consumers have a choice that’s fine. If someone wants a plan that doesn’t cover adult children or a plan that has a co-pay or deductible for preventative services then they should be able to purchase such a plan.

Does your state give you a choice when it comes to purchasing auto liability insurance or not? I guess you would have one if you choose not to own a vehicle.

If you’re sick and uninsurable by todays standards do you have a choice in paying the high premiums of your state or fed plan (if available)? That is if you want coverage.

Even if you did could you afford it?

How sweet it is to be free.

So we’re back to the same ol same ol. How mighty white of the Mass. insurers to polish the same old turd. It’s just a bigger stink pickle. That’s all.

I will never vote Republican again. They think most people are all stupid because we’re so easily mislead. Mainly because people are blinded by their own biggetry and prejudices.

It’s not ok for the feds to mandate but it’s ok for the States too.

We need to get rid of our State and FEd legislatures. Don’t need them now that we have the internet, computers and don’t have to ride a horse 300 miles to get the vote recorded.

People need to take back their votes and elect our own judges.
Make PAC money given to a politician illegal.
The tax payers should pay for all election cost and create our own network that provides equal time for all candidates and no cost.

Sequential Events to come if the Feds strike down the mandate.

Health insurance will continue to rise, and their pools continue to shrink.

    The industry will fold.

There are no such plans and definately no such affordable plans. Also the uninsurable have no choice.
