The Navigators Group, Inc. has issued a bulletin commenting on the release of a report by Standard & Poor’s which ranks its subsidiary, Navigators Insurance Company, as the fourth largest U.S.-based ocean marine insurer and the 14th largest in the global market, based upon 2002 gross written premium.
