The Bermuda-based Max Capital Group has issued a bulletin indicating that it “has no known exposure to funds managed by Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.”
So far the exposures to the Madoff firm’s alleged fraud – estimated to run as high as $50 billion – have been confined to banks, hedge funds and private investors.
