Global insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro Insurance Brokers Holdings Ltd. announced that entertainment specialist broker Kevin O’Shea has joined Integro’s UK Film & Television team, part of the firm’s entertainment practice, in London.
A Chartered Insurance Broker, O’Shea brings to Integro the significant breadth and depth of an award-winning career, which has included a series of increasingly senior positions: Aon/Albert G. Ruben; Bayly Martin & Fay; and most recently, director of European operations at Arthur J. Gallagher Entertainment, Integro said in a statement.
O’Shea is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and a recipient of the Production Guild’s Merit Award in recognition of his outstanding service to the film and television industry.
“Though highly experienced in all facets of the entertainment sector, a key strength of Kevin’s is his ability to place coverage for independent film and television productions, especially those seeking the benefit of foreign tax incentives to film outside of their domiciled country,” said John Claffey, managing principal within Integro’s Entertainment practice. “It is expertise that will serve our UK and international clients well.”
O’Shea has also managed local production servicing requirements for several major media and entertainment clients, including US and UK film studios and broadcasters.
