Marketform, the London-based specialist Lloyd’s insurer, has appointed Martin Kelsh to the newly created role of production & distribution director.
Kelsh joined Marketform on May 3 to develop and enhance the level of engagement with the company’s key brokers, Marketform said in a statement. He reports to Darren Lednor, chief underwriting officer.
Prior to joining Marketform, Kelsh spent five years with JLT Group, most recently as group coordinator for carrier relations. He has over 30 years’ of client management experience within the insurance industry and has held a number of roles focused on global relationships.
The company said that Kelsh will work closely with Martin Reith, the group’s CEO, as well as underwriting teams and their brokers to enhance the product offering and service standard.
“I am delighted to welcome Martin into this newly created role. As Marketform goes through this transformational change, it is vital that we reposition ourselves so that we have a good and keen understanding of the market,” Reith commented.
“Strong, informed relationships are pivotal in today’s market and Martin’s track record of delivery and longstanding relationships will further enhance our momentum,” he added.
