CNA’s has introduced a group benefits product for small business with four to 50 employees.
The product, “Group Benefits for Small Business,” is a portfolio of group life, short- and long-term disability plans that include integrated employee assistance services.
Standardized packages include what have historically been the most popular options for life and disability benefits, maintaining a few simple choices the employer makes concerning maximum coverage amounts and elimination, waiting and benefit periods.
The process features simplified paperwork and a dramatic reduction in the time from price quote to policy implementation. Plans can either be employer-paid or voluntary.
