Unitrin Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

Chicago-based insurer Unitrin Inc. announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4150 per share payable to its shareholders of record as of Nov. 24, 2003. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on Dec. 5, 2003.
