Jim Westergaard, of North Fond du Lac, Wis., recently joined the The Phoenix Group as a commercial account representative. An independent insurance agency with offices in Ripon, Clintonville, Fond du Lac, Oconto Falls and Wautoma, The Phoenix Group specializes in commercial and personal insurance, as well as employee benefits.
Operating out of The Phoenix Group’s Fond du Lac office, Westergaard works closely with large and small businesses to design insurance policies that exactly match specific needs and risk exposures.
“I work with clients to identify the types of insurance they need such as property, liability, workers’ compensation and commercial auto,” says Westergaard. “I educate clients, design policies to fit their needs, and continuously review coverages to ensure that as businesses evolve, insurance policies are changed accordingly.”
Westergaard, most recently served as a sales manager for U-Haul International Inc.
The Phoenix Group is a subsidiary of Hometown Bancorp and has $38 million in premiums and premium equivalents annually.
