Cincinnati insurance agent Carl Schlotman III was appointed to the executive board of NorthStar, the agent advisory panel for Encompass Insurance. His appointment became effective on Jan. 1, 2007.
NorthStar provides a forum for a select group of independent insurance agents to provide insight on the insurance industry and regional market trends.
Schlotman is president at CAI Insurance in Cincinnati, Ohio, a diversified full-service financial services company.
“Encompass offers quality products and service, and I’m honored to serve on the NorthStar board,” said Schlotman. “NorthStar provides a forum for agencies to share ideas, develop solutions and improve customer service and performance.”
More than 11,000 independent agencies sell Encompass, Allstate and Deerbrook brand automobile, homeowner and related insurance products to almost two million customers across the country. Encompass Insurance is the independent agency division of Allstate Insurance Company.
