Swett & Crawford recently announced that Brandon King has joined the Bloomfield Hills (Detroit), Mich. office as a casualty broker.
Previously King worked at Johnston Lewis Associates, Inc as a property/casualty producer where he both developed new business and developed and managed client risk transfer programs. He began his career at Chubb Group as a technology commercial insurance underwriter. Between 2002 and 2005 he managed a $6.5 million book of business for Chubb and was responsible for on-going relationships with more than 35 agencies.
Swett & Crawford, headquartered in Atlanta, Ga., identifies itself as the nation’s oldest independent wholesale insurance broker. Swett & Crawford is owned by its employees, and two private equity firms, HM Capital Partners, and Banc of America Capital Investors.
