Farmers Union Insurance and the South Dakota Farmers Union Foundation are teaming up on a $25,000 scholarship program.
The “Insuring a Brighter Tomorrow” program will provide twenty-five $1,000 scholarships to South Dakota high school seniors who plan to attend a South Dakota college, university or technical school.
The scholarships are open to current Farmers Union Insurance policyholders, members of the South Dakota Farmers Union, friends of the South Dakota Farmers Union Foundation or participants in any South Dakota High School Activity Association activity. They’ll be awarded based on academic records, volunteer activities and financial need.
The application deadline is May 15.
