GE Insurance Solutions recently launched an insurance program for innkeepers with its newest program partner, NAIS, Inc.

The comprehensive policy covers the inn, the owner, and the guest. The program is active in 48 states and is fully supported by Jupiter, a web-based policy administration system developed by GE Insurance Solutions.

Founded in 1972 as a multi-lines insurance agency, NAIS, formerly the James Wolf Agency, based in Mt. Airy, Maryland, is now led by Scott Wolf. The agency developed its innkeepers program in 1991. Since its inception, this program has grown to include over 3,900 policyholders. Today, the NAIS Innkeepers Program claims it is the largest insurer of bed and breakfasts and country inns in the nation.

“We are pleased to partner with GE Insurance Solutions for our innkeepers program,” said Scott Wolf, President, NAIS, Inc. “The analytics and expertise the team brings to our program is outstanding and helps us in providing the highest levels of service to our customers.”

“We are excited about this venture with NAIS,” said Margaret Zechlin, program segment business leader. “It combines the knowledge that NAIS has in the innkeeping industry combined with GE Insurance Solutions’ deep risk expertise to help us both deliver unsurpassed service to our customers.”
