Atalanta-based Ebix Inc., an international developer and supplier of software and e-commerce solutions to the insurance industry, repurchased 5,000 shares of its common stock for a total cost of $510,000 or $102.00 per share.
Ebix disclosed the information on Sept. 23 and said the transaction was settled through TD Ameritrade.
