The clean, green technology is a very expensive proposition. Spain tried it and for every job they created, they lost three in the private sector. Jobs created cost 3-4 times what the private sector does. Green energy should not be at the forefront until they can get a handle on costs. Also, the last time I checked, cars and trucks do not run well on windmills and solar panels.
