This means study, research and a work that will always be in progress, but one after the smoke clears will be deemed to be fair to all at any level in society that want to use the internet in the spirit for which it was intended! With all those good, creative, iconoclastic minds out there, people who love a challenge, who think and play outside the box, the Internet will morph faster than the regulators can print pages for the rule book.
