How do you get in touch with the program manager?
I was told this is a rebranding of Southwest Risk, LP
It is part of SW Risk and the service is horrible. We have moved all of our business away with our last renewing on 4/1. Make sure it’s not another master policy with shared limits. Good luck getting anyone on the phone with service issues.
