I wonder why AIG would move jobs away from NY. We all know it is the center of the Universe. Perhaps they will move Ins 102 there so he won’t post his nonsense to us again.

But my nonsense educates you agent…

Here is one bit of information from a previous posting…

The University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Chicago are two different universities!

You see! You learned from me!

Too bad that your Cowboys will stink it up this year. The bright side is that it looks to be a talent rich draft.

Should the slogan in Dallas be “Winless for Winston”?

Anyway, here is a simple bit of information for you

Cheers Agent! Have a great weekend!

I will enjoy all what NYC has to offer!

Destro, I think they exchanged one Socialist Dictator for another in NYC. Weiner, the peter tweeter would have been even worse. The people up there get what they deserve. Progressive Socialist governance has never worked in the history of the world. They can have it.

It looks like Karl Rove and the GOP establishment have come to realize that, and they are putting forth candidates who are competitive in general elections….even if they are RINO’s like Jeb Bush!!

You’ve never answered my question Agent? What are some of Dr Carson’s thoughts on foreign policy? For example, what does he view as the largest strategic threat to the well being of the US?

That is true, but locating away from Dallas–itself a low cost city–necessarily severely reduces the potential talent pool for AIG. Maybe these are strictly call center type jobs. But any real talent in the Dallas Ft Worth metro area is not going to be keen on moving to an insurance desert and stranding themselves whenever AIG decides to downsize or relocate again.

AIG’s other choices are suburbs of Kansas City and Atlanta. Those make sense. Amarillo doesn’t.

Funny how they dont mention getting rid of their corporate jets that fly petey around for ribbon cuttings and allow other “senior” management to fly around at moments notice to berate employees on expenses and cutting expenses at cost of everything but thier over blown salaries…

They may have been great 25 years ago, but some very nasty people were hired and started their demise. They started with bid rigging with Marsh and continued right on with the sub prime mess which cost the taxpayers $182 Billion. While they were owned by the taxpayers, they were doing business with companies with Cuban connections and got caught at that too and recently had to pay fines. It is a culture of corruption and very much like our Federal Government on a smaller scale.

Having been responsible for an international operation which crossed over several countries I can say that it is tough to provide service from a distant service center and get high CS marks. Not just from a distance standpoint (that is not the issue) It is language, culture issues, authority vs. referral issues etc. Real problem challenges.
Texas, I understand. Lower wage and benefit cost, no state income tax which helps offset lower wage cost for employees, A business friendly state, English and culture are not problems. Best IT companies and support are close by.

Gee, I wonder if State Farm made a big mistake expanding their operation to DFW. Also, apparently Toyota USA made a big mistake by moving from Torrance, Ca to DFW. How can us country hicks possibly serve the needs of technology? Why is Texas attracting business? I am still scratching my head. Hope you are doing well up there. If the area your working in is high cost, you have a limited future. NY is getting kicked in the butt everyday because of the high cost of doing business. Look at Bermuda. The place is in economic turmoil. It’s depressing. People have left the Island in droves because companies have found efficiency by moving to Ireland. Bermuda politicians have been talking about finding new incentives for new business and new people. Well, it’s a bit too late for that with their $400. lunches. But, companies have to be careful. Efficiency is great but it puts more people out of work and the benefits of efficiency is translated into higher executive compensation. The spread of the have’s and have not’s is growing at an alarming rate. Companies need to realign their priorities to First are your employees, second is your customer base and third, your stockholder. Putting stockholder first above customers and employees get you one thing. Impossible call centers in Pakistan. Give the American college kid a break and keep jobs here in America.

Agent is a small town imbecile. The Subway is people from all across the economic spectrum as it is often the most efficient way to get from Point A to Point B. He could learn a lot from agents who handle complex accounts.

            Agent,
I truly feel sorry for you. While everyone is known to make spelling and grammatical errors from time to time (I know I do and admit it), you sometimes embarass yourself too much on this site.
As someone who has lived in New York City for over fifteen years, there is no “Grenage” Village. However, there is a “Greenwich” Village. I truly feel sorry for the tour guide and/or company that gave you such poor information. If you come to NYC again, I can refer to you to tour operators that will give you tours with accurate names of people and places. I really think you should ask for a refund.
Moreover, your educational shortcomings are becoming glaring to so many people on this site as well as other places where you blog. However, they probably aren’t noticed on teabagger.com. I think you need to ask your alma mater for your tuition back, and you can invest some of that money back into the complete Hooked on Phonics collection. It would really help you Agent.
Again, as a rude New York Democrat I can thank mindless tea bagging Texas Republicans like you. With voters like you voting for Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and Marco Rubio, we could run a chimpanzee as our nominee and still keep the White House.
Have a great afternoon Agent. I am no longer posting on this article. Stay out of the sun please! The Texas sun is frying your brain, and it having deleterious effects on your train of thought.
            Cheers!

Please take the crude and childish banter off line. It doesn’t contribute positively, nor does it reflect well on any of you. Why does internet anonymity bring out such unnecessary ugliness? Sheesh. Perhaps IJ should require actual identities for posting. That would end this nonsense pretty quick.

Good luck with that. I believe some have a list of insults they just post to post.
