My husband was contacted by an attorney in Louisiana over 2 years ago.We were told that we had no case,now I see that Travelers has been ordered to pay.Wonder why we haven’t been contacted by them again?
I was told by a representative of the Spangenbert,Shibley&Liber,LLP in November that there would be payouts on claims by tthese he end of the year. I have heard nothing else and as it is the 6th of January 2016, I would like to have a definitive answer about this claim as I am selling my house and moving south!! Any information would be greatly appreciated as my husband, who passes away in March 2015, was entitled to a settlement!!! Thank you so much for your cooperation!!
I would like some information on the settlement from the Travelers/Johns Manville law suit!! My husband was a part of the suit, and passes away March 2015 and I continued the claim by resubmitting all the information as was requested1! I was informed in November 2015 by a representative of the Spangenberg, Shibley, & Liber law firm that there would be funds mailed by the end of the year–2015 but have received nothing and can’t seem to get any answers. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
