And the great exodus continues…It will be interesting to see how the ACE-Chubb merger fares. It will either be a colossal success or a gargantuan failure. Early signs look to be the latter.

The mixing of these two corporate cultures is a corporate version of The West Side Story.

Krump is being set up to fail. No man can do all that. And if a man can, he shouldn’t be reporting into Evan – Evan should be reporting into him!

Wow, what a huge loss to Chubb…er….ACE/Evan! Robusto was set to replace Joe Finnegan but Evan HAD to insert himself as CEO and blow it. Evan is going to screw up Chubb just like he did Fireman’s Fund. His ego doesn’t allow him to learn from his past mistakes.

CNA will be an up and coming force to be reckoned with IF CNA let Robusto appoint his own and do things his own way.

Chubb is doomed. They have already inserted Evan style management in Home Office and will now begin lashing the staff. Watch as Dino is just the first of many in the exodus…..retention packages or not!

What a great day for CNA. Tom Motamed single handedly destroyed company morale amongst empoyees, let go some 500 IT professionals outsourcing their jobs to India in the middle of the worst recession in 80 years. Destroyed lives of long term, faithful employees to add to the bottom line. Hoping for better days now that he’s leaving.
