There already is something that could help with the opoid crisis, its called medical marijuana. But the pharma companies can’t sell it for $900 per month so we’ll have to wait for this new stuff.

One could also blame the increase of opioid deaths on the increase of opioid prescriptions.

I use CA medical marijuana. I have an artificial heart valve. The thing ticks like a bad clock. I was given the choice of a handful of pills (opioids) or marijuana tincture. I chose tincture. I sleep like a baby and am not hooked on it. I do not have to use it every night. Tylenol works sometimes as sleep aid.

I work in a C-level position in a WC related company. I am not a druggie or alcoholic.
