Everest Insurance has expanded its Inland Marine team with the hiring of Tom Warner, Mike Lewis and Timothy Janeway.
Tom Warner has joined Everest Insurance as vice president Inland Marine for the Southeast region. Warner joins Everest from the Beazley Group, where he was the focus group leader for the Builder Risk and Inland Marine division. Prior to Beazley, he spent 14 years with Allianz Global, most recently as director of Inland Marine with a specific focus on large construction accounts. Warner has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. He will be based out of the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mike Lewis has joined Everest Insurance as senior underwriter, manager Inland Marine Segment in the Southeast, bringing his experience in the construction marketplace. He joins Everest from XL Catlin, where he was a senior underwriter for Inland Marine responsible for Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland. He will continue to manage those Mid-Atlantic states in addition to his Florida responsibilities. He will be based out of the firm’s Tampa office.
Timothy Janeway has joined Everest Insurance as senior underwriter, associate manager for Inland Marine. Janeway joins Everest from CNA, where he was a senior underwriter responsible for the Midwest and mid-Atlantic states. Prior to joining CNA, He spent two years with Hub International. Janeway will be based out of Chicago.
The Everest Insurance’s Inland Marine offering includes builder’s risk coverage capabilities, installation floaters, contractor’s equipment coverage, motor truck cargo liability, warehouseman’s legal liability, and fine arts and specie, among others, and it is written on A+ XV paper.
