Marsh, Berry & Company Inc., a management consulting firm for the financial services industry, will host the Spring 2005 Bank Agency Summit meeting March 2-4 at the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans, La.
Bank Agency Summit meetings provide a unique opportunity for the bank-insurance industry’s brightest minds to confidentially discuss common issues, exchange successful operating strategies, uncover solutions and develop action plans for accretive change.
The theme for this meeting is “Navigating through a Changing Insurance Environment.” Several hands-on, interactive workshops are planned where participants will explore timely and relevant topics that are specific to bank-owned insurance agencies. Topics include merger and acquisition strategies, compensation strategies, cross-selling initiatives, organizational structure, managing carrier relationships and new revenue-generating ideas, just to name a few. Sessions will be facilitated by MarshBerry’s senior vice presidents and attendees who have demonstrated expertise in specific areas of agency operations.
The country’s most influential banks and bank-owned insurance agencies are scheduled to attend the Summit.
Bank Agency Summit meetings are held semiannually, in the spring and fall of each year for MarshBerry’s Bank Agency NetworK (BANK) Partners.
