Republic Companies Group Inc., based in Dallas, announced the results of its 2006 stockholder election for the Board of Directors.
Bruce W. Schnitzer, chairman of the Board and managing director of Wand Partners Inc., was re-elected to chairman of the Board and the following individuals were re-elected to the Board of Directors:
Scott L. Bok, co-president of Greenhill & Co. Inc.; Robert H. Kullas, former chairman of the Board, president and chief operating officer of Executive Risk Inc.; Patrick K. McGee, co-founder and member of Brazos Private Equity Partners LLC; Parker W. Rush, president and chief executive officer of Republic; Robert H. Sheridan, III, managing director of Banc of America Capital Investors; and John L. Ware, president and chief executive officer of 21st Century Group LLC.
