The APD Arson Detective Officer Jack Garner failed to solve the Nov. 2013 arson of my car and home. He wrote a sloppy report that did not even _include_ the fire damage to the house, only to the car. There was no forensic work done on the car. A note on the scene indicating who was responsible was not followed up on. I was treated with hostility and contempt by the APD Arson investigation dept. who are in my experience : lazy, apathetic and incompetent.
