It is well known that Texas Mutual does not like to be ripped off on fraudulent claims. I have to believe they investigated this incident thoroughly. They have been known to prosecute people for filing false WC claims.

Longtime Agent? My investigation into Texas work comp, The Carriers are in fact Organized Crime Family’s built to Defame, Deny, Distort, Dispute, and Destroy all in the violation of law. My Claim as a Policy Holder is legit. TMIC frivolous handling of my claim led me to a Contributory Injury adding cost to the System putting my Co out of business for the past 3 years. Defeating the purpose of legislation, If you can support TMIC knowing WHAT THEY DO, You should look closely at your up bringing something went wrong with your moral input by your parents if any???????

TMIC conceded it did not do a reasonable investigation. That much is in the parties’ briefing.

DWC 15315468 Childress v Texas Mutual, Injured Policy Holder bad faith claim, This Claim will be a Bench Mark Claim brought and pleaded in its entirety by Co Owner Alvy Childress d/b/a ACE Fab, Texas Mutual will fall to a Breach of Contract with damages 2000,000.00 to one million. Do not dismiss a breach of contract the courts will still hear it on its merits, Policy Holders are The Carriers worst nightmare.
