Too little, too late. Nat Llyods has p**sed off all the agents, and who knows if Nat Lloyds will ever be able to win them back. All the agents I know that are appointed with them, are actively looking to roll their book.

The products this company offers are horrible anyway. I would never offer coverage with them. And, to top off the horrible products, their customer service and policy processing system is like from the stone age. It shouldn’t be very difficult to roll their books, there are a plethora of other companies serving this niche market that actually offer things like replacement cost coverage and water damage coverage. American Modern and Wellington comes to mind, and American Modern has far superior service.

Great to see a TX insurance company taking action, in spite of agent anger, to turn their ship towards profitability. With sound underwriting and profit the company will be in a position to continue writing needed insurance in the state of Texas (and continue to pay agent commissions). I complement National Lloyds management!
