Maybe there is a better article out there somewhere that explains this, but I am struggling to see how Floyd Landis has a dog in this fight. He was part of the team that got the $32 million in the first place.

I can see the US Postal Service being part of the suit, but under what grounds is he a part of this?

Landis is on the suit as a whistleblower. Federal law encourages whistle blowers by awarding them part of any damages in certain cases.

I don’t understand Floyd Landis’ part in this either, but I haven’t followed any of it to speak of. All I remember is going to the post office and seeing posters promoting Lance Armstrong and always wondering why the U.S. government was supporting him. Now I know that Landis was a postal employee so that explains part of it. I don’t think the post office should be using taxpayer funds to fund sports figures. The post office is done, they just don’t know it yet. If they win this, the money will just go into a black hole.

re: Armstrong. No pity for the serial cheater.

re: Landis. He’s a whiny douchebag looking to cash in even though he was complicit.

Piss off and rot, both of you.

Cycling is a tremendous recreational activity. Team cycling used to be a beautiful sport, but that unfortunately ended decades ago.

So does this mean no more racist comments from you like “he should be sitting in prison with Tyrone”?
