AcroSoft of Columbia, S.C., announced that Farmers Alliance Mutual Insurance Company is in live production in the Claims Department with AcroSoft’s AcroSure solution for document management, imaging, and automated workflow. This suite of products is designed specifically for the property and casualty insurance industry.
AcroSoft said it was able to work closely with Farmers Alliance to determine specific and unique needs and then to provide a solution that meets their strategic initiatives to increase efficiency. Being able to interface with the existing environment is important to Farmers Alliance; AcroSoft’s open architecture makes that possible.
Chuck Wilson, president of AcroSoft Corporation said the company’s “AcroFlow solution provides Farmers Alliance the ability to reduce expenses and increase productivity in claims and other departments. The implementation of AcroSoft solutions is planned to extend across multiple processing and business departments within the Farmers Alliance organization.
