N.C. MGA Goes High Tech With Electronic Imaging, Document Management

Blue Goose Agency Services, an application service provider hosting and technology services provider to the managed general agency and general agency market, has announced the successful implementation of iCHANNEL their document management system in W. E. Love & Associates.

“Designed specifically for the insurance industry, iCHANNEL is a complete document management system that can be integrated with any agency management system, policy system or accounting application,” Keith Aderhold, vice president of sales for Blue Goose Agency Services said.

iCHANNEL was designed as a web-based electronic imaging and document management system with customer relationship management features that are integrated with Microsoft Office™ and Outlook™. iCHANNEL has both Intranet and Extranet components. The Intranet feature provides document management and collaboration within the company and its operating entities. iCHANNEL’s Extranet feature, when activated automatically, creates an Extranet site for the agencies customers that allows the customer to access their data from the Extranet site.
