Too little too late for me but hopefully not for others. The way this state run facility treated me was an embarrassment for the Sunshine State.

I filed a claim for a leaking pipe behind a shower wall and Citizens declined it calling it “grout failure”. Of course the grout failed after the pipe joint started leaking. It would have probably cost them less than what they paid their adjuster to show up to my house twice taking pictures.
So no, if you have a claim, call an independent adjuster with a lawyer and it will get solved to your favor. Citizens needs to combat fraud some other way and start being fair to their customers that already pay many times more than national average.
