if universal property and casualty insurane company has so much maybe they should pay the claims of those they insure. why is it that so many of their customers are still waiting and “negotiating” more than 5 months after the storm. seems like they like to keep their money by delaying as long as possible. perhaps someone shuld investigate how many victims are still waiting for payment and how many have had to contact lawyers and file complaints with the state because they don’t return phone calls or emails, let people suffer until they feel they have no choiceto accept their low ball offer and show nocompassion for those that have paid their premiums faithfully for many years.
